Cleaning

Party Equipment: Please return all equipment clean, dry, NO WATER SPOTS and repackaged in containers as received. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of up to 1OO% of the RENTAL RATE.

Party Equipment Dishware: Please return all equipment clean, dry, no water spots and repackaged in containers as received, no need to rewrap in saran wrap.

Flatware: Please return clean and dry with no water spots. Separate each type for faster check in … no need to rewrap. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of up to 100% of the rental rate.

Linen: All Linen please return dry, free of REFUSE. No need to re-hang or fold -Linen need NOT be washed.

Tables: No staples or tacks are to be used in our tables or a repair service charge of $1.00 per hole will be charged.

Delivery & Pick-up

We offer our customers delivery and pick-up service. Rates are based on the DELIVERY AREA or the distance traveled. Please call for a quote..

Our normal DELIVERY fees are based on curbside service. Set up is available with advance notice and is additional fee … call for rate.

Delivery times are AM or PM if a customer requires a specific time frame or exact time an additional fee is charged. After hours delivery and pick-up is available, call for quote.
Telephone number and Cross street for Delivery Address is required. Most orders signature is required on delivery to verify items delivered – IF NO ONE is to be there – arrangements must be made in advance. If equipment is accessible – no one needs to be at location for pick up – as long as equipment is secured. This is especially true of residence deliveries and pick ups.

Items need to be ready for pick-up in the same location as delivered and folded, bagged, stacked, etc. as they were delivered or an additional handling fee will be charged.

Party Item Rentals

Party Items – Most rental rates cover a 24 to 72-hour period for your convenience. Charges are for time out, whether the equipment is used or not. Late returns will result in additional charges of the rental rate per additional day.

Quality

All of our equipment is of the highest quality and well maintained. All items are thoroughly checked, serviced and cleaned after each use. Customers are welcome to inspect our equipment at any time.

Reservations

Reserve early for your event. Full payment of the RENTAL FEE is required to confirm your items and date. Full payment is due prior to delivery or customer pick up of equipment.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to orders are subject to 50% cancellation charge. Reservations can be made in our office – or by telephone as long as a Fax is available for confirmation and credit card payment, or customer may mail check – But reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
